All our bathrooms come with a fully comprehensive 3 month warranty against the workmanship. We will also provide you with the manufacturer product warranties for individual fixtures and fittings where applicable.

Yes. We like to offer complete reassurance that there will be no hidden surprises. Our prices will only change if you decide to change the scope of the project or in the rare occasion that wider structural issues are unearthed.
The cost of rubbish removal is included in your quote. We will arrange for the rubbish disposal and council permits where required. Where possible we will use garden space to temporarily store rubbish to avoid the cost of skip hire.
Our typical fitting hours are 8am to 5pm Monday to Friday and 9am to 2pm on Saturday’s. Individual property rules and regulations sometimes prevent Saturday working. Of course, we can flex our working hours to suit your requirements.
Every job is unique but we would usually expect a family sized bathroom renovation to take around 2 weeks. If your project is particularly time sensitive, do let us know in advance as we can speed up the process with an increased workforce.
We will work with you to ensure inconvenience is kept to a minimum but it is typical to be without the toilet for 1-2 days and the shower for 4-5 days.
From the start date of the works you will have a designated project manager available on the phone or to come to site when needed. Your project manager will also provide regular updates to you via phone or email. On a daily basis you will also have contact with your team of designated fitters.
It is our aim to assist you in choosing the right fixtures and fittings for you before the works start, so we do find this is rarely an issue. However, if you do change your mind, we of course aim to be as flexible as possible and in general if it’s not plumbed in we can usually return and exchange.
We have trade discounts with over 50 manufacturers of bathroom products. However, we do not limit ourselves to just those suppliers and can source products anywhere to fit our clients need. With Burgess Bathrooms you have complete flexibility.

To ensure we are able to put things rights as soon as we can, please read our complaints procedure below and we will respond promptly to ensure complete satisfaction.
As soon as possible after the completion of the works, please inspect the work to ensure everything has been carried out to our usual high standards.
In the unlikely event there is anything you are not completely satisfied with, please contact us as soon as you can in order that we can rectify any problems as soon as possible.
Where we cannot resolve any complaints using our own complaints procedure, as a Which? Trusted trader we use Dispute Resolution Ombudsman for dispute resolution.
